FC Halifax Town: “The ball’s in the club’s court” says Wild over new contract
Wild has guided The Shaymen to within a point of the play-offs with Tuesday night’s impressive win at Notts County after leading the club into the top seven last season.
And he says it is his and Millington’s intention to stay if terms can be agreed.

“The chairman’s asked me ‘would me and Milly like to stay?’. Yes is the answer.
“We’re not the new kids on the block anymore, we want what our peers get and that’s been made clear to the club.
“If the club can match our ambitions then we’ll be over the moon to stay.”

“I can’t start committing to players if they don’t know if I’m going to be the manager,” he said.
“We’ve got some really good young prospects here so let’s see what happens.”
