Boy, 11, hit by car in Mytholmroyd
An 11-year-old boy was airlifted to hospital after being hit by a car in Mytholmroyd.
The incident happened in Thrush Hill Tunnel, near Caldene Avenue, at around 4pm on Friday.
The boy was hit by a black Ford Mondeo.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance was called and landed on the green at Mytholmroyd Bowling Club.

Hide AdThe boy was airlifted to Leeds General Infirmary with concerns for a trauma to his head and blood loss.
However, it was later discovered that he had broken his arm. The boy, who also suffered cuts and bruises, has since been released from hospital.
No charges have been brought against the driver.
