More than 100 people march to protect right to protest in Todmorden
The demonstration saw around 150 people gather at Centre Vale Park, wearing masks and adhering to social distancing guidelines due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The group walked around the park, making their way to the bandstand where speeches took place as well as a minutes silence for Sarah Everard and women who had died and/or suffered at the hands of violence.

Hide AdBeth Whittaker, who attended the demonstration, said: “It was an amazing affair with around 150/200 people.
“The police were there on the sidelines however allowed it to continue due to our adhering to social distancing measures.
