Chairman of Halifax Agricultural Society Jeff Gill said: "We wish to thank everyone who came along to Halifax Show 2019 and despite the weather, it was great to see so many people there.
"We wish to thank all the exhibitors in all the classes and competitions that maintain the roots of the show - and all the sponsors, advertisers, stall holders, local organisations, businesses, volunteers and committee members past and present who have helped make the show the success it is."
Planning has already started for next year's show - which will take place on Saturday, August 8, 2020 - and the society is urging anyone with ideas or who would like to help to get in touch. For more information visit [email protected]
