Happy Valley and Sally Wainwright win Royal Television Society awards
The writer, who also created Last Tango in Halifax took the Best Drama Writer and Judges’ Award at the Royal Television Society ceremony.
Her hit show Happy Valley filmed and set in Calderdale and stars Sarah Lancashire as Sergeant Catherine Cawood, won best Drama series.
