Brighouse A 0 v Queensbury A 42
(Division Four)

`Bury finally got their first win of the season against fellow strugglers Brighouse.
An early try for Kelvin Daulat gave `Bury the start they needed and they spent most of the first half camped in their opponents' half.

Tries by Brett Marriott, Joe Bryan, Gareth Crowther and a second for Daulat gave `Bury a 26 point lead before winger Matthew Baldwin raced 60 metres down the touchline for the try of the game to increase the interval lead.

Brighouse deserved credit for not giving up and `Bury could only add two more tries in the second half, one for centre David Helm and a second for Crowther.
