EVER improving twin sisters Mags Beever and Angela Jordan also had a successful trip to Lancashire as they both clocked impressive times in the Wesham 10K road race.
Beever broke the 40 minute barrier, finishing in a PB of 39 minutes, 39 seconds, with Jordan close behind in 40.40.

ALEX Whittem put in a tremendous display in chilly conditions on the Lancashire hills to grab a fine second place in the Dave Staff fell race in Darwen

The Calder Valley man clocked 34 minutes, 44 seconds to take that runners up spot behind local runner Ben Fish.
